We supply roll stock configured for your applying line, with variable data available for serialized or coded decals, as part of our custom label printing work.
For serialized asset tags, vinyl can be paired with custom QR code labels in the same program.
For outdoor and marine use we combine UV-stable inks with protective laminates to help resist fading, cracking and yellowing. Sun, rain and temperature swings are factored into the material and laminate choice, and the build is confirmed against where the label is applied.
Powder-coated metals, textured castings and plastics such as HDPE can repel ordinary adhesives. We select high-tack permanent acrylic adhesives formulated for textured and low-surface-energy surfaces, and rewind rolls on standard cores with controlled liner release for clean feeding. Adhesion is confirmed with a sample on your actual surface.
In plants, fleets and chemical storage, labels meet oils, fuels and cleaning solvents. Durable vinyl combined with protective overlamination is intended to resist grease, fuels and cleaners; suitability is confirmed against the specific fluids and wipe-down routine you use.
How long will vinyl labels last outdoors?
It depends on the film, ink, laminate and exposure. Our outdoor-rated options are intended for long-term exterior use, and we confirm the build for your conditions rather than promise a fixed lifespan.
Will they stick to powder-coated metal or HDPE?
Yes. We use high-tack adhesives for textured and low-surface-energy surfaces, and we recommend a sample test on your part.
Can they handle oil, diesel or solvents?
Vinyl with protective overlamination is designed to resist grease, fuels and cleaners; we confirm against the fluids involved.
Can we combine several warning designs in one order?
Yes, when the variants share identical size and material; grouping is confirmed at quote.

If necessary, we’ll make small adjustments to the bleed and safe margin before printing your labels. If your file requires more work, we’ll notify you along with what changes need to be made.
We offer multi-variation printing for different designs printed on the same size and material. Once you add a design to your cart, you’ll be able to add additional designs to view your discount.
We apply white underprints for custom clear labels and silver foil labels on rolls. We just ask that you supply a vector file to assist with production. At this time, clear sheeted materials are printed without a white underlay.
