Before production, the data file, label format, material and application method are confirmed together. OnePrint reviews the supplied artwork and data requirements for product labels, asset tags, logistics labels and other packaging or identification projects, as part of our custom label printing work. The final production plan depends on the approved data file, label specifications and intended scanning environment.
Send the label size, package or product type, quantity, data file format, artwork status and intended application method. Confirm the field order, character rules, code type and any numbering sequence before production. A sample or proofing step can be requested when the project needs a visual or scan review. Material and finishing are selected according to the package surface, application environment, required appearance and expected handling. Barcode and QR code readability depends on the supplied data, code size, contrast, quiet zone, print quality, label surface and scanning environment. The buyer should confirm the intended scanner, camera or software workflow and review the approved sample or proof when needed. No supplier can replace testing in the customer’s actual use environment.

If necessary, we’ll make small adjustments to the bleed and safe margin before printing your labels. If your file requires more work, we’ll notify you along with what changes need to be made.
We offer multi-variation printing for different designs printed on the same size and material. Once you add a design to your cart, you’ll be able to add additional designs to view your discount.
We apply white underprints for custom clear labels and silver foil labels on rolls. We just ask that you supply a vector file to assist with production. At this time, clear sheeted materials are printed without a white underlay.
